What does it cost?
Our beautiful subscription box costs £78.85 for three months, plus a monthly postage fee of £3 making a total payment of £87.85. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the three month period.
Will I always be able to access the video tutorials?
Tutorials for issues 1-4 will be available in the Facebook group ‘Fabulously Fast Fat Quarter Fun with Living In Loveliness’ for as long as you are a subscribing member. Issues 5 onwards will be available in the members area on our ‘Living In Loveliness’ website for as long as Living In Liveliness is trading .

Where do we ship?
We deliver across the UK via Hermes, so you can have your ‘Fabulously Fast Fat Quarter Fun’ monthly subscription delivered direct to your home, your work place or a BFPO address.
Do I need to be in to receive my subscription box?
No! Our sewing kits have been designed to fit through a letterbox (standard size), to give you a lovely surprise when you return home.
How much does delivery cost?
Postage and packaging is £3 per box.
How do I sign up?
Simply follow the link through to checkout and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed with all the information you need to know. If you need any help with your order please email email@example.com Please allow 72 working hours Monday – Friday for a response.
How do I pay?
When signing up to our monthly sewing subscription, your first payment is taken the day you sign up and will be despatched on the 25th of each month. For each renewal thereafter, your three month subscription fee will be charged on the anniversary of the date you signed up.
What if my kit doesn’t arrive?
Please allow 3-5 working days after 25th of each month for you kit to arrive. If for any reason your kit doesn’t arrive, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will track this through Hermes for you.
Can I collect my kit?
All kits are dispatched using Hermes as this way we can track your parcels.
How do I cancel my subscription?
It’s very easy. Simply login to your account using your email address as the login details and the password you chose at the time of ordering your sewing subscription. Go to ‘Manage My Subscriptions’. You’ll see your active subscriptions and the option to cancel. Just follow the instructions to cancel future orders. You must do this no later than 3pm on the1st of the month before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next three issues.
How do I change my address?
To change your address, login to your account using your email address as the login and the password you chose at the time of ordering your box. Go to ‘Shipping Address’ where you can edit your shipping addresses.
How do I change my billing details?
Login to your account and go to ‘Billing Information’, where you can edit your payment details. Easy!
I forgot my password, can you send it to me?
Yes. Simply select the ‘forgot password’ on the login page and you’ll be emailed instructions. If you don’t receive an email, then just contact us at email@example.com Please allow 72 working hours Monday – Friday for a response.
Can I have more than one subscription on my account?
Absolutely! All subscriptions will go to the same address. Once you have one subscription, just login to your account to add additional subscriptions.
I love the kits but don’t want one every month. Can I buy one off kits?
Yes. Our kits are available individually. Prices start at £29.99 plus £3.55 P&P.
