Our new Sew Happy Sewing Subscription Club has been designed based on the feedback our members have given us during 2021.
This new subscription is perfect for you if you like everything all in one place and delivered to your door. It also features a pre-recorded tutorial that you can watch, pause, rewind and re-watch at your leisure.
So what’s different about our NEW monthly Sewing Subscription?
Each month brings you:
a full kit including everything you need to make the project including ribbons, trims and embellishments,
a full colour pattern booklet and A3 template – no need for a printer,
a complete pre-recorded YouTube tutorial – link included inside your monthly kit,
access to a Facebook VIP support group – details will be emailed to new members
and monthly giveaway to one lucky member. Every month we will choose a member to receive a bonus gift. To be in with a chance of winning, you simply have to share a photo of that month’s make in the VIP group.
When signing up to our subscription, you are signing up to a rolling contract which you can cancel at anytime (so long as you give 10 working days notice before your next payment is due). Please note postage is charged in addition at £3.50 per month.
We will be live on Facebook to launch each monthly project on the first Tuesday of every month and your subscription kit will be dispatched on 20th of each month.

How do I sign up?
Simply follow the link through to checkout and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed with all the information you need to know. If you need any help with your order just call or email one of the team.
How do I pay?
When signing up to our monthly sewing subscription, your first payment is taken the day you sign up. This will automatically be renewed every three months thereafter. Our Sew Happy Monthly Sewing Subscription kits are always posted on 20th of each calendar month but if for any reason there is a delay, we will notify you by email and in the member VIP group.
I love the kits but don’t want one every month. Can I buy one off kits?
Yes. Our kits are available individually priced at £16.99 plus P&P. You can find these on the website in the kits section – these sell out really fast. Buying a one-off kit will give you access to the VIP group too.
Will I always be able to access the video tutorials?
Yes, each month we enclose a letter with a QR code and link for that specific tutorial. You will need to keep this safe.
Where do we ship?
We deliver across the UK via My Hermes so you can have your Sew Happy Monthly Sewing Subscription delivered direct to your home, your work place or a BFPO address.
Do I need to be in to receive my subscription?
No! Our sewing kits have been designed to fit through a letterbox (standard size), to give you a lovely surprise when you return home.
How much does delivery cost?
Tracked postage and packaging is £3.50 a month.
Can I have more than one subscription on my account?
Absolutely! All subscriptions will go to the same address. Once you have one subscription, just login to your account to add additional subscriptions. If you want a second subscription to be delivered to an alternative address simply email firstname.lastname@example.org
What if my kit doesn’t arrive?
Please allow 5 working days after 20th of the month for your kit to arrive. If for any reason your kit doesn’t arrive, please get in touch with a member of our team and we will track this through My Hermes for you.
How do I change my billing details?
Login to your account and go to ‘Billing Information’ where you can edit your payment details – easy!
How do I change my address?
To change your address just email email@example.com
I forgot my password, can you send it to me?
Yes. Simply select the ‘Reset Password’ on the login page and you’ll be emailed instructions. If you don’t receive an email, then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

How do I cancel my subscription?
It’s very easy – simply login to your account using your email address as the login details and the password you chose at the time of ordering your sewing subscription. Go to ‘Manage My Subscriptions’. You’ll see your active subscriptions and the option to cancel. Just follow the instructions to cancel future orders. You will also need to cancel via PayPal as well to ensure no further payments are taken. You must do this no later than 3pm on the 15th of the month (the month your subscription is due to expire). No refunds will be issued once payment has been taken.
