Workshop payments

Full payment for all workshops unless otherwise stated is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Please ensure you are available for all dates on your selected workshop as they are none refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Living In Loveliness reserves the right to re-schedule and cancel classes. Should this happen you will be offered the chance to re-schedule or receive a full refund.

**SNOW & SEVERE WEATHER POLICY**
Our priority in these circumstances is to ensure everyone is safe. We will give as much notice as possible. If you do not hear from us this means the classes are still running. Should we need to cancel a class you will be offered an alternative date. If you choose not to attend the workshop and the class runs your session will not be transferred or refunded.

Delivery and Returns Policy

Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive from the moment you pay for your order. All orders are posted using Hemres or Royal Mail yto UK customers. Please note that unfortunately our delivery company cannot send orders to PO Boxes or Packstations so please use an alternative address.

Digital PDF Sewing Patterns

Once you have completed your order, you will see your order details on the screen and links to download the PDF pattern files. You can download your digital PDF patterns from the ‘downloads’ section of the website in the members area. Please download your pattern once you purchase as it will time out after 30 days. If for any reason you cannot find the email with your digital PDF sewing pattern order, please check your junk or spam folder or get in contact via email before 14 days has passed.

Open your digital PDF sewing patterns using software such as Adobe Reader, which can be downloaded for free here. You can print your digital PDF sewing pattern at home using your printer you may need to attach pages with tape.

Please note: PDF patterns cannot be downloaded onto your phone.

Packaging

When brought individually, our sewing patterns are packaged in cello bags to protect and keep them safe. Orders will then be dispatched inside a pink recyclable self- sealing bag or recyclable envelope. These will be dispatched and are fully recyclable.

Kits are also wrapped in beautiful tissue paper and sealed with a ‘Packed with Loveliness’ logged sticker to add to the excitement of receiving a beautiful product. Whilst ensuring the packaging protects your purchases in transit, you can recycle your packaging when it is finished with. Each kit will also arrive in a fully recyclable cardboard box. We recommend your keep your kit and contents inside until you have completed your projects. Please consider reusing the box; up-cycling is a great option.

Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your order. You can return your order for a full refund providing fabrics haven’t been cut into, the packaging is still on the pattern and labels haven’t been removed or broken.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

* Discounted items and fabric bundles are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged.

* Returned patterns must have sealed cello bags and labelled not removed, broken or tampered with. Should they be tampered with no refund will be given

* Downloadable PDF patterns will not be refunded. However, should you require additional guidance with your project please email kerrie@livinginloveliness.com * Returned items must have no visible signs of use.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Email kerrie@livinginloveliness.com and await an email response. Please allow 48 hours excluding weekends and bank holidays, Christmas Holidays are 18th December until 4th January. A return address will be given in response to your email and returns will be at the customer’s costs. If returning a faulty item a full refund of postage via Royal mail first class ONLY  will be given, alternatively we recommend hermes trackable services.

Lost parcels will not be refunded so please keep your proof of postage. We do recommend Hemres as you can track all the way. In the unfortunate circumstance that this happens, you are expected to chase the missing parcel and update us. An additional 20 working days will be given for you to follow this up with your postal provider. Should the parcel not be located, no refund will be given.

Once your parcel has been received by us you will be notified by email within 48 working hours. Please allow 7 working days from receiving this email, excluding weekends and bank holidays, for the refund to be sent direct to your bank details of which you need to provide in your parcel.
