Workshop payments

Please ensure availability for all selected workshop dates, as bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled. Living In Loveliness reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes, with affected participants offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Snow and Severe Weather Policy

In the event of adverse weather conditions, our priority is everyone’s safety. We’ll provide ample notice in case of class cancellation. If no communication is received, classes are running as scheduled. Should a class be canceled, alternative dates will be offered. If opting not to attend the rescheduled session and the workshop proceeds as planned, bookings will not be transferred or refunded.

Delivery and Returns Policy

Thank you for your order! Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery from the date of payment. As a small business, we do not offer tracking numbers or follow up on orders until this timeframe has passed. Orders are shipped via Evri or Royal Mail to UK customers. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to contact us.

Digital PDF Sewing Patterns

After completing your order, you’ll find your order details on the screen along with links to download the PDF pattern files. These files can be accessed from the ‘downloads’ section of the website in the members area. Please ensure to download your pattern promptly as it will expire after 30 days. If you encounter any difficulties finding the email with your digital PDF sewing pattern order, kindly check your junk or spam folder. Feel free to reach out via email within 14 days if needed.

Once downloaded, you can print your patterns at home using your printer, and you may need to tape pages together for larger patterns. 

Please note that PDF patterns are non-refundable. Once purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If you require any assistance or have questions about your PDF pattern, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Packaging

Our kits are lovingly wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with a ‘Packed with Loveliness’ sticker, enhancing the excitement of receiving your order. Our packaging is designed to protect your items during transit and is fully recyclable once you’re done with it.

Shipping is available for UK and Northern Ireland only, with a standard rate of £3.55. Additionally, PDF patterns are available for free download.

Returns

If you need to return or exchange your order, we’re here to assist you. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided fabrics haven’t been cut into. Please note, we do not offer refunds on patterns. For assistance with projects, email kerrie@livinginloveliness.com

Exceptions to our policy include discounted items, fabric bundles cut to order, and downloadable PDF patterns, which are final sale.

To initiate a return or exchange, email craig@livinginloveliness.com and await a response. Returns are at the customer’s expense, except for faulty items. Lost parcels will not be refunded, so keep proof of postage. Once received, refunds are processed within 7 working days.
