‘Me, Me Monday’ – What’s it all about?
I love this weekly opportunity to catch up with you live, share details of new launches for patterns, products and partners we are working with and to bring you super-cute fabric, equipment and project ideas with live tutorials.
During the live you can order any of the products I introduce or feature. Our live ordering process is simple and there are lots of options for ordering.
How to order during a live ‘Me, Me Monday’ event
The fastest and easiest way to order is by commenting on the live thread with the name/word I give you for each product. Our fabulous admin assistant then watches back our lovely lives to collate your orders. From there, Ann will then invoice you for all items you ordered during our live event. To keep the invoicing process simple, Ann emails invoices on the Wednesday and Thursday morning of that same week. We will announce during the live if there are any changes to invoicing and dispatching times.
If you are watching the live event back or need a little time to plan what you would like to order, you can email us up until Wednesday 1pm of the same week with your order. When choosing this option please quote the words/names of products I featured during the event. To send an email order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Alternatively, you can order products and collections from the live event by visiting the weekly blog on our website www.livinginloveliness.com for lists and details of which products were featured during the live event.
If you have ordered with us previously, we have your details for your invoices. If you’re new to ordering with us, please send a message to the ‘Living In Loveliness’ Facebook page by private message giving your email and postal address. If ordering through email, please ensure you include your postal address .
To simplify the dispatch process, if you pay your invoice by midday on Thursday, your parcel will be posted on Friday or if you pay by midday on Friday, your parcel will be posted on Saturday or Monday of the following week.
Please allow the full 10 working days from the date you made payment for your order to arrive. If your order hasn’t arrived on the 11th working day (Monday to Friday), please send an email to email@example.com

We are always happy to update you personally once the 10 working days has passed.
Please note for live ordering we don’t update the dispatch date. Being a small team, this allows us to focus on preparing, packing and dispatching your orders for you.
