🗓️Weekend Itinerary
Friday
3:00 pm – A Warm Welcome
Arrive at the venue and be greeted with freshly brewed tea, coffee, and homemade cake. You’ll be shown to your beautiful room for the weekend and introduced to the sewing classroom where your creative journey begins after tea/coffee and cake.
Arrival Information
We are so looking forward to welcoming you. To ensure everything is prepared to perfection, we kindly ask that guests arrive no earlier than 3:00 pm. Our team will be busy setting up until this time, and as the venue is not a hotel, we are unable to offer early entry.
We also ask that guests do not explore the gardens before 3:00 pm, as the venue is active and preparing for the day.
If you arrive a little early, we warmly encourage you to enjoy the lovely town of Langport, just one mile away. With its charming cafés and delightful independent shops, it’s the perfect place for a gentle pre-event wander while we finish creating a magical welcome for you.
Should you reach the venue before 3:00 pm, please remain in your car until I personally come to the main large front door to welcome everyone together. Access is through this door only. This helps us create a calm and memorable beginning to our weekend.
If you expect to arrive late, please let me know.
Thank you so much for your understanding. We cannot wait to welcome you at 3:00 pm for a wonderful experience together.

🌸My Retreats aren’t just about what we make. It’s about how we make it — together. It’s about the conversations over cups of tea/coffee, the shared excitement when a project comes to life, and the simple joy of sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with others who love sewing just as much as you do. Sewing creates connection — not just with fabric and thread, but with people. It brings us together, it lifts us up, and it gives us space to feel seen, supported, and inspired.
