Rising Into My Next 100 Days (and Beyond)
Hello lovelies,
If you’ve been following my journey for a few years, you’ll know that this time last year I was faced with some unexpected changes. My health meant I had to slow down, but instead of giving myself permission to pause, I tried to keep going.
From the outside, it may have looked like I was popping up and disappearing again and honestly, that’s exactly what was happening. I wanted so badly to carry on at my usual pace, but deep down I knew something had to change.
Eventually, I listened. Instead of pushing through, I stepped back. I used the time to retrain, restructure, and rebuild my business strategy in a way that would support not only my creative goals, but also my health and wellbeing.
Pressing Pause
If you’ve been with me for a while, you’ll know I usually follow a strict 100-day goal cycle, three times a year. But this past year, I pressed pause.
For the first time, I let go of the pressure to “keep up” and gave myself space to realign. And then, as September 1st rolled around, I felt ready. After a week camping in beautiful Tenby no signal, just the sound of rain on canvas, salty sea walks, rock climbing, laughter and still moments with my family I came back recharged and inspired.
That time outdoors reminded me of who I really am at heart and why I started all of this in the first place.
Now on Day 10 ✨
Fast forward to today, and here we are already on Day 10 of my new 100-day journey! If you’ve been following me on socials, you’ll have seen glimpses of what I’ve been up to. If not, why not pop over and check it out? I’ll be sharing even more there soon.

And if you’re thinking, “I’d love to run my own creative business one day”, I hope you’ll stay close. Over the coming months, I’ll be opening up about:
- The lessons I’ve learned (sometimes the hard way!)
- The advice I wish I’d had when I started
- The pitfalls and “don’ts” to avoid
- And most importantly—how to stay true to yourself, your passion, your craft, and your love for it al
I’ve been running Living in Loveliness for almost 14 years now. Along the way, it has changed direction so many times and it will continue to evolve. That’s the beauty of leaning into the excitement, leaning into growth and allowing yourself to move with the seasons of life and business.
But through every shift, one thing has remained the same: I’ve stayed true to myself. I lead with heart. I live, eat and breathe creativity. And I want to show you what’s possible when you build a business that reflects your truest self.
The Creative Edit Magazine
A few months ago, I was invited to become a monthly feature writer for The Creative Edit magazine!
My very first article is live and you can read it right now here Or pop over to The Creative Edit and sign up to explore all the inspiring content.
And guess what? I’m already working on my next feature, launching this week, it’s all about the power of 100-day goals (you know how much I love them!).
Let’s Rise Together
This 100-day cycle feels like the most exciting and aligned yet and I can’t wait to share the journey with you. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been building your own dream for years, I hope my story inspires you to keep creating, to stay passionate and to honour the life and business you want to build.
Do you set 100-day goals too? Or do you prefer monthly intentions, seasonal planning, or a big yearly vision? However you do it, I’d love to hear, why not drop me an email kerrie@livinginloveliness.com
Here’s to the next 90 days, and to leading with passion, creativity and love.
Lots of love,
Kerrie Padmore
