Hello lovelies,
It’s time for our next Tutorial Tuesday launch. This time I have chosen to make a Small Scissor Keeper. It has to be said, I wouldn’t be without one of these now! They make a great accessory to mark up your scissors warning anyone thinking about using them that they are yours or for fabric only – you may have heard me tell the story about Craig cutting the bacon fat! Mind you, it only happened ONCE! All my scissors now have something pretty attached to remind him that they are mine! Ha ha!
All our Tutorial Tuesday projects have been chosen to be super-fast, super- easy, super-fun and a great way to use up your scraps. This project originally featured in our ‘Fabulously Fast Fat Quarter Fun’ sewing series – Issue 6 – Love to be Organised. These are perfect to keep small scissors attached and the super-cute small pocket has been designed to slot the scissors into in order to protect the tip of the scissors.
This is a great sewing project if, like me, you love super-fast, super-cute and super-easy projects with so many uses. When you make yours, be sure to tag us on Instagram and Facebook using the hashtags #livinginloveliness #scissorkeeper so we can see your makes and uses.
We have several options to get your hands on the pattern
