Join Kerrie Padmore and Sarah Payne for a Patchwork and Quilting retreat at the picturesque Hurds Hill Regency Country House, nestled in 5 acres of serene grounds with panoramic views of the Somerset Levels. Upon booking, you will receive an email with a code to download two PDF patterns of your choice—one from Sarah and one from Kerrie Padmore’s Living In Loveliness. You can choose to bring both or one project to the retreat. Kerrie and Sarah will be there to help throughout your retreat, providing support and guidance for all skill levels, from fabric selection to free-motion quilting.

During the weekend, there will be two masterclasses—one with Kerrie and one with Sarah. Experience the tranquility and beauty of Hurds Hill while honing your patchwork and quilting skills. Your Itinerary

Friday
3:00 pm – Arrival & Welcome

  • Enjoy tea, coffee, and cake as you settle into your cosy bedrooms.
    3:30 pm – Warm Welcome in the Classroom
    6:00 pm – Dinner
  • After dinner, we will gather in the Yellow Drawing Room for a few hours of relaxing slow. As a special thank you for booking, Sarah Payne has provided a lovely kit to help us unwind and get to know one another.

Saturday
8 – 9am – Breakfast
9:30am – Sewing in the Classroom
1:00 pm – Lunch
6:00 pm – Dinner

  • After dinner, we will come together for more chatting a fun game and then retire to the yellow drawing room. As a special thank you for booking, Kerrie has provided a lovely kit to help us unwind sew and enjoy each other’s company for our final evening together (at this retreat).

Two months before the event you will receive an email with a code to download two PDF patterns of your choice—one from Sarah Payne and one from Kerrie Padmore’s. A printed copy will be provided at the retreat. If you prefer to prepare your fabric in advance.

Booking Information

  • Cost: £499 (includes accommodation, meals, and two patterns)
  • Payment: You can pay in full or in three instalments. Select ‘Pay Later’ at checkout to choose the instalment option.
  • Materials: Not included, but you’ll receive a material list tailored to your chosen projects after selecting your patterns.

Terms and Conditions

Please ensure you are available for all workshop dates as bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. However, if we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Booking Process:

  • Payment Options: Full payment or split payments in three instalments. Choose ‘Pay Later’ during checkout.
  • Materials: Not included. A material list will be provided upon downloading your chosen pattern.

  • Non-Refundable: Ensure availability for all workshop dates as bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
  • Cancellations: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes. If this happens, you can either reschedule or receive a full refund.
  • Snow & Severe Weather Policy: Safety is our priority. We will notify you if we need to cancel due to severe weather. If you do not hear from us, classes are running as scheduled. If we cancel, you will be offered an alternative date. If you choose not to attend and the workshop still runs, your session will not be transferred or refunded.
  • Instructor Availability: While every effort will be made to ensure both Sarah and Kerrie are present, circumstances beyond our control, such as personal emergencies or health issues, may prevent this.
