Join Kerrie and our VIP guest (full details coming soon) for our second Christmas in July retreat at the beautiful Hurds Hill Regency House in Somerset.

Immerse yourself in a weekend of festive joy, creativity, and luxury. Work on your favorite projects at your own pace, surrounded by beautiful fabrics, unlimited refreshments, and gourmet meals. This retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and inspiration in an exquisite venue.
Itinerary
Friday 25th July
3:00 pm – Arrival & Welcome
- Teas, coffees, and cake on the terrace
3:30 pm – Settle into your bedrooms and explore the amazing house
4:00 pm – Warm welcome in the classroom
6:00 pm – Dinner in the grand dining room
After dinner, relax in the yellow Drawing Room to enjoy a little slow stitching, tea/coffee, or a glass of wine or two. Full details coming soon – kit included.
Saturday 26th July
8:30 – 9:30 am – Breakfast in the Grand Dining Room
9:30 am – Sewing in the Classroom
1:00 – 1:45 pm – Lunch
1:45 pm – Walk around the gardens or explore more of the house
2:15 pm – Sewing in the Classroom
6:00 pm – Dinner in the Grand Dining Room
6:45 pm – 7:15 pm – Fabric Fun Game time in the Main Room (more details coming soon)
8:00 pm – Yellow Drawing Room for our No-Sew Patchwork Bauble making (Kit included)
Sunday 27th July
8:30 – 9:30 am – Breakfast in the Grand Dining Room
9:30 am – Sewing in the Classroom
1:00 pm – Lunch in the Grand Dining Room
2:30 pm – Pack up our sewing collections and bedrooms
3:00 pm – Say our goodbyes after a wonderful weekend until the next Sewing Retreat
Facilities
- Dedicated cutting and pressing area (irons and cutting mats provided; there may be a queue, so please feel free to bring your mini pressing mats and irons for your sewing space)
- Teas, coffees, and biscuits
- Separate kitchen near the sewing and cutting room with a wonderful array of teas and a special electric coffee machine. You are welcome to help yourself throughout your stay. There is a fridge if you would like to bring anything of your own.
Indulge in luxurious comfort while working on projects you love. This retreat offers the perfect opportunity to meet new people, forge new friendships, or reconnect with old friends in a serene and inspiring environment.
Materials aren’t included. Pattern options for the retreat will be emailed out two months before the event with a full materials list.
Terms and Conditions
Please ensure you are available for all dates on your selected workshop as they are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or transferred. Living In Loveliness reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel classes. Should this happen, you will be offered the chance to re-schedule or receive a full refund.
Snow & Severe Weather Policy
Our priority in these circumstances is to ensure everyone is safe. We will give as much notice as possible. If you do not hear from us, this means the classes are still running. Should we need to cancel a class, you will be offered an alternative date. If you choose not to attend the workshop and it still runs, your session will not be transferred or refunded.
